Delivery Within Egypt

We deliver across all Egyptian governorates. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: 3-5 business days
• Upper Egypt & remote governorates: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: 80 EGP on all orders
• Free shipping: Complimentary on orders of 1,200 EGP or more

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across Egypt. Please ensure the full order amount is ready upon delivery. Orders paid via COD are subject to a confirmation call before dispatch.

Declined Deliveries

If an order is declined or unavailable for delivery at the time of the courier's visit, a re-delivery attempt will be made. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned and the customer being responsible for re-shipping fees.
